Association of New Jersey Rifle and Pistol Clubs v. Grewal

Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich and Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry filed an amicus brief on behalf of 24 states supporting a challenge to New Jersey’s “large-capacity magazine” ban. The brief urged the U.S. Supreme Court to take up the case arguing the Third Circuit Court of Appeals contravened precedent with its Interest-Balancing Test which reduces clarity in the law and allows for subjectivity.
