Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich led a 23-state amicus brief to the U.S. Supreme Court supporting the right of Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron to defend the state’s abortion dismemberment ban law. The Governor’s administration refused to continue the state’s defense of the law. The brief argued the Sixth Circuit usurped the democratic process and denied the attorney general his unquestioned authority to defend the state in federal court.
