Maxon v. Fuller Theological Seminary et al.

Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen and 15 other states filed an amicus brief with the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals arguing the Church Autonomy Doctrine protects religious education and denying a religious exemption from Title IX for Fuller and other religious schools is violation of the First Amendment.
