West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey sent a letter to the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee opposing the confirmation of Janet Gaven McCabe to be the Deputy Administrator of the EPA. Attorney General Morrisey argues the role McCabe had in the creation of the Clean Power Plan disqualifies her from the position and the Senate needs to reject the Clean Power Plan through the rejection of her nomination.
